What this is
The public Help Center is the unsigned Help on merkle tree's marketing site. Public Help at /help only lists public articles. Advertiser and affiliate how-tos are not on the public site.
Where it lives
Open /help in any browser — no login.

What to click
- Go to
/help. - Use the search box, or pick a category card (Getting started, How it works, Payouts & billing, FAQ, Account & security).
- Open an article. The URL is
/help/<slug>— for example this page is Using the public Help Center.
What you see
A grid of public guides (welcome, how affiliate marketing works, payouts, FAQ, how to open a support ticket, and similar). You will not see advertiser campaign builders, affiliate tracking-link how-tos, or admin operator docs. Those slugs 404 on the public site on purpose (try /help/approving-applications — it is not a public article).
