Pricing & plans

How much does it cost?
A monthly platform fee starting at $49/mo (Starter), with Pro at $199/mo being our most popular tier and Enterprise at $999/mo for high-volume teams. See full feature comparison at Pricing.

Are there per-conversion fees on top of the plan?
No. The plan fee is what you pay us. Your affiliates are paid from a prepaid wallet you fund separately. We don't take a cut of affiliate commissions.

What's the difference between the plan fee and the wallet?

Plan fee = what you pay us for the platform (tracking, support, fraud screening, reporting). Flat monthly.
Wallet = what you fund to pay your affiliates' commissions. You control top-up timing and amounts.

Can I switch plans?
Yes — any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

Is there a contract or annual commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time.

Is there a free trial?
We approve applications individually and can structure a pilot when there's a fit. Ask during your application or at contact us.

Wallet & payments

What's the wallet?
A prepaid balance you fund. Every approved affiliate conversion debits the wallet by the commission amount. Hit zero = campaigns auto-pause until you top up. No overdraft, no surprise bill.

How do I fund the wallet?
Stripe (credit/debit card, instant credit) or PayPal (also fast). Both produce a paid invoice automatically.

Can I get a refund on the wallet?
Yes — contact your account manager. We can issue a refund back to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal for unspent balance.

What happens when my wallet runs out?
Your campaigns automatically pause. You get an email warning before that point (default threshold = $50 left), and another notification when zero is hit. Top up and resume in a couple clicks — no data is lost, no campaigns are deleted.

Can I limit how much one campaign can spend?
Yes. Allocate a budget envelope to a campaign and that envelope is the hard cap. When the envelope is empty, only THAT campaign pauses — your other campaigns keep running on the rest of your wallet.

Stripe & PayPal

Do you support PayPal?
Yes, as a secondary option for wallet deposits and manual subscription payments. Stripe is primary.

Is Stripe required?
For affiliate payouts, yes — we use Stripe Connect to pay affiliates worldwide. For YOUR end (subscription + wallet), you can use either Stripe or PayPal.

Are there international currency fees?
We bill in USD. If your card is in a non-USD currency, your issuer's standard FX rate applies. No additional fees from our side.

Conversions & approvals

What if a customer churns or asks for a refund?
You can reject the conversion. Rejecting refunds the wallet automatically and reverses the affiliate's pending balance. Standard fraud/refund protection.

What about holding periods?
Each campaign has a configurable holding period (default 14 days). During the holding window, conversions sit in pending and DON'T debit your wallet yet — they only debit on approval. That gives you a buffer to dispute or refund before money moves.

Compliance, security, taxes

Where is my data stored?
The platform runs on AWS infrastructure. Production data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're SOC2-aligned and follow standard data-handling practices.

What about tax forms?
Your affiliates' tax compliance (W-9 / 1099-NEC) is handled by Stripe Connect on the affiliate side — we never store SSNs ourselves. Your side of the platform is a standard SaaS expense.

Do you do KYC on advertisers?
Yes — we approve advertisers manually and look for legitimate businesses with real offers. Crypto-adjacent industries are welcome; outright scams or unregulated MLM models are not.

Getting started

How fast is approval?
Most applications are reviewed within 2 business days. Time-sensitive launches can usually be expedited.

Can I migrate from another network?
Yes — we have an Advertiser Import tool that handles bulk CSV onboarding of advertisers + campaigns. Talk to us during the application.
