Apply as an advertiser (choose a plan first)

Steps

1. Open /pricing (or Apply as advertiser from /login, which goes to pricing).
2. Choose Launch, Scale, or Enterprise (Talk to us / custom for Enterprise when shown).
3. Continue to /advertiser-apply?plan=… with that plan selected.
4. Bare /advertiser-apply without a plan redirects back to /pricing?intent=advertiser-apply.

After approval, sign in at /login.
